Linda Singh is the founder and CEO of Marketing Launch Partners, a DTC growth agency in Crisfield, Maryland working with founder-led CPG, food, beauty and wellness brands on Shopify and Shopify Plus. She leads strategy and personally manages Shopify and Meta operations on every account.

Linda started as an account executive at Revlon and rose to Senior Marketing Director at Coty, where she oversaw a $250 million P&L. That seat teaches you something specific and slightly unglamorous, which is that the marketing is not the hard part. Forecasting, margin, claim substantiation, retail timing and the unsexy operational plumbing underneath a launch are the hard part. Brands that get those right can afford mediocre advertising. Brands that get them wrong cannot buy their way out with great advertising.

Then she built Sitara Jewelry, a DTC ecommerce brand, and found out what the corporate seat protects you from. There is no media team. There is no analytics department to tell you whether the number is real. You are the one at eleven at night deciding whether the tracking is broken or the product is.

Marketing Launch Partners is the third seat. Linda is in the Shopify theme, in Meta Ads Manager and in Klaviyo on client accounts, not reviewing someone else's screenshots of them. Forty years in consumer brands is the background. The reason it matters is that she has been on all three sides of the same conversation and knows which side is usually telling the truth.

I kept meeting founders who were doing everything right and getting nowhere. Passionate, hardworking, good product, real customers. And underneath it, Facebook ads running without a strategy, an email platform sitting there with no flows built, a Shopify store converting at a rate nobody had looked at in a year.

They did not need more effort. They needed someone to go in and fix the plumbing before spending another dollar. Nobody was doing that, because auditing tracking is not as fun to sell as a campaign.
