Refund policy

As a service business we do not offer refunds on completed work. Engagements may be canceled with 30 days written notice per our standard contract terms. Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. If you have concerns about the work being delivered, we encourage you to raise them directly with Linda Singh and we will address them promptly.
